First let me just say that things are better than ever. I have a solid
daily practice I meditate, do yoga, climb, play music, use holosync and study almost every day.
My life has become a deeper more authentic expression of a more loving,
determined and truly excited finite being (me). It's all happening
right now. Even as I write this letter countless events of miricles, tradgeties, births ,deaths, healings, transformations, understandings, and love are taking place right now,  I bet there is even someone  eating pizza. It's as if like I can actually FEEL IT. Like

I can reach out and touch it or even taste it. Not the pizza, but life.
Not like it happens outside of me but like it all occurs inside of me ,
A radiant dance of vibrant light and eternal darkness. The texture of
it permeates my manifested existence.

Try
to talk to someone about enjoying every moment of life and they will (
in many cases) look at you like your nuts or agree but act like it
isn't possible to achieve because of this, that and the other. It is
possible though, you know it as well as I do. 
Life becomes a really amazing thing to be a part of when fear dissolves
into freedom and liberation.  It is truly astonishing to me what a
deep breath every once and a while can do . I think earth needs a deep
breath, and its our responsibility to inhaling.
